Product Description

High Gloss Styrene Acrylate Emulsion | Anti-Corrosion Resin for Waterborne Industrial Coatings (Gloss 90+)

WL-Z403 is a styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion for waterborne industrial paints, containing no heavy metals or halogens. It features small particle size and low viscosity. Its film exhibits high gloss and excellent fullness, and shows good compatibility with rust inhibitors and anticorrosive pigments. The waterborne paint products prepared with it offer outstanding water resistance, brine resistance, and salt spray resistance.

Applications

High-gloss decorative anticorrosive topcoats: for the protection of steel structures, mechanical equipment, metal pipe fittings, etc.
Light- to medium-duty anticorrosive primers, and multi-substrate general-purpose all-in-one primer-topcoat paints: capable of meeting both the anticorrosive requirements of primers and the decorative requirements of topcoats, simplifying the coating process and improving cost-effectiveness.
High-gloss topcoats: for metal surface coating applications with high requirements for exterior aesthetics and decoration.

Performance Features

High fullness and high gloss. The gloss level can achieve 90 or higher, typically in the range of 90-91.

Package & Storage Conditions

Available in 50kg/150kg plastic drums, 200kg/drum and IBC totes (plastic or steel).
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area, away from direct sunlight. The product must be transported and stored at temperatures ranging from 5°C to 35°C.
The shelf life of the original package is 12 months from production date. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it within a short period of time.
