Product Overview

WL-J407 is a premium, high-performance pure acrylic copolymer emulsion engineered specifically for heavy-duty industrial coatings and container painting applications. Synthesized via cutting-edge polymerization technology and tailored functional monomers, this binder delivers a rare combination of market-leading film hardness and superior high-gloss aesthetics.

Upon curing, WL-J408 crosslinks into a highly dense, hydrophobic matrix that exhibits powerful water-beading effects and elite dirt pickup resistance (DPUR). It provides benchmark-level defense against harsh outdoor weathering, chemical staining, and alkaline degradation, making it the premier sustainable vehicle for demanding marine and logistics container protection.
