Product Description
Introduction
WL-UV518 is a novel solvent-free, hexafunctional waterborne polyurethane acrylate
oligomer specifically designed for hard coatings. This product features extremely fast curing
speed and delivers cured films with excellent scratch resistance. Its low viscosity makes it
suitable as a main component for water-based coatings applied via spraying or curtain
coating methods. WL-UV518 can be blended with other waterborne UV resins to enhance
either the solid content or coating hardness of the final formulation.

The UV/EB curing coating prepared based on WL-UV518 has the following
characteristics:

the formula, such as reactive diluents, additives and photoinitiators, as well as the curing
