Product Description

Product Introduction

Water-soluble alkyd resin, used for water-based self-drying paint or low-temperature baking paint or

amino baking paint.

Non-volatile matter	72±2%
Viscosity(35℃)	4000-10000mpa.s
pH	If not neutralized, add more than 6% triethylamine to neutralize and then dissolve in water.

Performance

 It does not contain benzene, dries quickly, has fast hardness improvement, has fast amino cross

linking, and has excellent gloss and fullness, water resistance, and salt spray resistance.

It is stable under weak alkaline conditions, but will settle and stratify under acidic conditions, so pay

attention to adjusting the pH value when adding acidic pigments.

Application

It is mainly used for corrosion protection, rust prevention and decoration of metal surfaces, replacing

solvent-based alkyd systems, including primers, topcoats and primer-topcoats for various metal products

such as auto parts, steel structures, cranes, frames and axles, gearboxes, brake pads, drive shafts, vehicle

chassis components, motors, cylinders, water pumps, construction machinery, hardware tools,

containers, locomotives, agricultural machinery, elevator parts, oil pipelines, transformers, radiators,

valves, etc.
