WQ-2090 Water Based Acrylic Emulsion

Introduction

WQ-2090 is a non-film-forming styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion designed specifically for water-based overcoat varnishes and printing inks. Varnishes utilizing this product exhibit rapid drying and high gloss, alongside exceptional water resistance and anti-blocking properties. It demonstrates excellent compatibility with popular acrylic polymers available in the market. As it does not independently form a film, it necessitates the use of compatible film-forming agents or can be blended with smaller particle size film-forming acrylic emulsions like our WQ-2027, WQ-2024, WQ-2018, WQ-2015, among others. Moreover, it provides effective pigment wetting in flexographic and gravure inks.
