WQ-2090L Water Based Acrylic Emulsion
Introduction
WQ-2090L is a hard non-film-forming styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion specially formulated for water-based overprint varnishes and printing inks. The OPV formulated with this product has fast drying speed and high gloss, excellent water resistance and anti-stick back performance, and it has good compatibility with popular acrylic polymers on the market. Since this product cannot form a film alone, so it must be used with a suitable film-forming aids or mixed with a film-forming acrylic emulsion with a smaller particle size, such as used with our film-forming varnish emulsion WQ-2027, WQ-2024, WQ-2018, WQ-2015, etc. In addition, in flexo and gravure inks, the product has good pigment wetting.
WQ-2090L is low-viscosity version of WQ-2090, it is has low viscosity and is spefically designed for replacing Joncryl 90.
WQ-2090L has excellent gloss and transparency and quicking drying, it is highly recommended for water-based overprint varnishes
and flexographic and gravure-printing inks.

The product should be stored in a closed container and avoid freezing and high temperature, Suggested normal storage temperature is 10 to 35℃.
