FR002 APP ammonium polyphosphate is Nitrogen-phosphorus inorganic flame retardants, it is a kind of crystal type Ⅱ ammonium polyphosphate, FR002 APP ammonium polyphosphate has high polymerization degree, but without encapsulated and activated. It has high content of phosphorus and nitrogen, excellent thermal stability, near-neutral and non-toxic smoke property. FR002 has very low water solubility and is particularly suitable as an acid source for intumescent fireproof coatings. Other important components of intumescent fireproof coatings include binders (such as acrylic), carbon sources (such as pentaerythritol), gas sources (such as melamine), and so on. After being exposed to flame, the intumescent fire retardant coating will form a dense carbon layer on the surface, effectively blocking the temperature rise of the substrate.
