WL-120B Acrylic Epoxy Hybrid System Design for Metal Protection Application, water-borne coatings, particularly in industrial applications.
WL-120B is formulated to provide low in odor, fast dry, non-flammable, and is safe and easy to use.
WL-120B as a metal surface protection paint resin, has the efficient performance with the least cost and minimum waste, is widely used in industrial and metal coatings for example structural steel, tanks, pipes, barriers and equipments.,due to its quick drying, environmental protection,Superior wetting .it not only has good performance, but also has short working period, can realize double guarantee of quality and efficiency.
WL-120B is stable to high shear speed and can be directly used for pigment paste grinding.
It is recommended for metal protection projects which require short and fast construction period.

Application:
WL120B can be diluted by water, Drier has always been added in the system .It can dry in condition of ambient temperature or low temperature baking .
WL120B is high shear stable. It can be grinded in the coating production.
WL120B have high gloss and excellent anticorrosion performance, can be used for the mixed paint, antirust primer, etc., can dry by air or bake by low temperature, Its coating have excellent gloss, and antirust performance
WL120B is stable at neutral or slight alkaline conditions. It is unstable that it is diluted with acidic or impurity water .PH value has to be carefully observed in coating production , Precipitation may occur if acidic pigments such as carbon black ,pH value of the coating system can beadjusted triethylamine or N,N-dimthylethanolamine .Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the pH value increases.
Clean-up:
Brush or roller are easily cleaned with soapy water
Storeagas:
Suggested storage temperature is 0-40℃.Best be uesd within half of a year after it is produced.. It can be used if the product conform to the standard after half of a year .
