WL-AD395 is a premium hydroxyl acrylic dispersion designed specifically for formulating high-performance two-component polyurethane coatings. When combined with a water-based isocyanate curing agent, it creates durable, brilliant finishes for primers, topcoats, and clear coats on a wide range of metal substrates. Ideal for applications where appearance, protection, and environmental compliance matter.

Formulation Guidelines

Curing System: Use with a water-based isocyanate curing agent
Co-solvent Suggestions (Main Agent): DPNB, PNB, DBG, BG
Co-solvent Suggestions (Curing Agent): PGDA, PMA, PMA+DBE blends
Mixing Note: High initial viscosity after mixing A/B components may shorten pot life. Adjust with appropriate thinner as needed
Avoid using in color paste grinding due to potential stability issues during milling

Handling & Storage

Packaging: 20 kg, 200 kg, 1000 kg wide-mouth plastic drums, or as requested
Shelf Life: 6 months in original sealed container
Storage Conditions: Store sealed at 5-35°C. Protect from freezing and high temperature
Viscosity Control: Product viscosity is pH-dependent. Adjust with diluted DMEA (10-20% in water) if needed
