WL-1003 is a soap-free, self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion produced via advanced polymerization technology. It features a fine particle size, ensuring deep substrate penetration, high clarity, and superior film fullness. The emulsion delivers a pronounced anti-swelling effect, making it particularly effective on dimensional unstable substrates.

Key Performance Properties

Excellent Film Build & Clarity: Provides high fullness and outstanding transparency for enhanced substrate aesthetics.
Deep Penetration & Superior Adhesion: Exhibits excellent permeability into porous surfaces, with strong adhesion to oily substrates, PVC, and other challenging materials. Effectively resists coating blistering or bulging.
Rapid Drying & Anti-Blocking: Dries quickly to a touch-resistant finish with good early anti-sticking properties.
