WQ-P512 is a PTFE modified polyethylene wax powder designed to enhance performance in various printing applications.

Performance Characteristics

PE/PTFE composite micro-powder wax suitable for solvent-based coatings and inks

Usage Guidelines

Recommended addition rate: 0.5-3% in different systems
Can be dispersed directly into solvent-based coatings and inks via high-speed stirring
Compatible with various grinders and high-shear dispersing equipment
Note: Control grinding temperature when using grinders
Optional pre-dispersion treatment: Prepare 20-30% wax slurry to reduce dispersion time
