Longer potlife Water Based Hydroxyl Acrylic Dispersion

Product  Introduction

It is a water-based hydroxy acrylic dispersion. It is recommended to be used with a water-based isocyanate curing agent to prepare a water-based high-performance two-component polyurethane coating. It is designed for primers, topcoats and clear coats for vehicle repair applications, heavy transport finishing and industrial coating. This product is also often recommended as a replacement for BAYHYDROL A145.

Physical  Property

The viscosity of the product is affected by the pH value, as the pH value increases, the viscosity and thixotropy will

increase.

Application

When used with water-based isocyanate curing agent, the recommended co-solvents for the main agent are: DPNB, PNB, DGBE, BCS, etc.; recommended curing agent: PGDA, PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2). After the A/B components are mixed, if the initial viscosity is too high, the pot life will be shortened accordingly. There is a risk of flash rust when in direct contact with metal.

When mixing paint, due to the large number of unstable factors in the grinding process, which may lead to a decrease in stability, it is not recommended to participate in the grinding of color paste with resin.

The polyurethane coating made by this excellent polyacrylic dispersion and the water-based curing agent produced by our company has a particularly long pot life. At the same time, the 2K coating can also be free of pores in the film thickness of up to 100um. The following are the characteristic parameters of the film:

Storage

Packaging specifications: 20KG/200KG/1000KG  large opening plastic drum or packaged according to Customer requirements.

Product transportation: handle with care to avoid impact, damage and leakage.

Product storage: Products should be stored in airtight containers to avoid freezing and high temperatures.

Recommended storage temperature: 5~35℃
