Product Introduction

WL-AD3944 is a water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion designed for preparing high-performance two-component polyurethane coatings when combined with water-based isocyanate curing agents. This product is ideal for:

Topcoat applications on metal, plastic, and wood substrates
Primer applications on plastic and wood substrates
Automotive refinishing and vehicle refitting
Floor coating production when combined with oil-based curing agents

The resin features very fast drying characteristics, enabling efficient recoating.

Usage Instructions

WL-AD3944 exhibits excellent thixotropic properties and responds quickly to cosolvents and thickeners
Recommended cosolvents: DPNB, PNB, DGBE, BCS
Recommended curing agent: PGDA,PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2)
Note: High initial viscosity after mixing A/B components may shorten application period
Not recommended for resin paste grinding due to potential stability reduction

Packaging options: 20KG/200KG/1000KG large opening plastic drums or custom packaging
Shelf life: 6 months
Storage requirements: Store in closed containers, avoid freezing and high temperatures (5~35℃ recommended)
