Introduction

The customized mirror gold ink is mainly used for printing on the glass cover of cell phones, to get the mirror-effect of gold, the same as the effect of gold metallic color. It has excellent adhesion on glass substrate, it is recommened used for characters and patterns printing.

Precautions for Printing Processes

• Due to the different specific gravity of metal color powder, various resins, additives, the ingredients in the ink may be layered when stored, so it must be fully stirred before use.
• Because the viscosity of the ink is low, pleased choose higher mesh when printing, 120T ~ 140T is good, and choose the suitable hardness of the squeegee. Please properly reduce the printing pressure of the squeegee when printing.
• In order to prevent screen blocking, please do not print in places with strong air circulation.
• The mesh distance should be smaller, and the tension of the screen mesh should be slightly lower.
• In order to prevent the ink from absorbing water and causing the gloss of ink to lower, it is necessary to avoid humidity when printing and storing, and it should be dried at low temperature immediately after printing.
• Please add 5% of P-20 hardener and mix it well before use.

Storage

The product should be stored in indoor dry place (Air humidity of 75% or less)
