Water Based Saturated Polyester Resins
We offer a selective range of saturated polyester resins to meet existing and developing of industrial coatings.
Water Based Saturated Polyester Resins are oil free non-oxidizing resins. These resins are intended to be crosslinked with amino resins through their free hydroxyl functionality. Crosslinking can be done with with melamines and urea resins. When properly formulated, these resins can give very high quality industrial finishes.
• Non yellowing, even at high temperature curing
• Good hardness development
• Excellent solvent and chemical resistance (over 100 MEK)
• Excellent adhesion in direct-to-metal applications
Can be cured at between 120℃– 150℃. Even higher temperature, it has good yellowing resistance. It is suitable for coil coating and can coating. It has very good results for dipping primer applications. It is also for clear gloss protective coating.

Applications:
Water based saturated polyester resin is used in a wide range of industrial applications, such as coil coating, can coating and other industrial OEM baking applications. It is already neutralized, and ready to use. Formulation is easy. It has excellent result for primer, top coat and clear varnish
