|Characteristics||Special resin for VMP(metallic plating by vacuum)product of ALC U. S., wide and compatible applications, good adhesion with ABS/PC/Zinc&Magnesium Alloy materials, make the electroplated-effect more excellent and obvious. Self-dry after4 hours at the normal temperature or dry after 15 mins’ baking at 180℃. Also be used in normal plastics paintto improve the fineness and whiteness of aluminum powder by adding 7% aluminum paste and get theelectropated-effect. In addition, it can improve the leveling of paint and arrangement of aluminum powder,which has more effective than CAB’s function and endure 100-times rubbing by Alcohol.|

Some problems when use:
Bad adhesion of mirror-effect ink after printing:
Reason: general speaking, in order to guarantee the good mirror effect of printing ink ,the content of resin is relatively low, so that affect the adhesion of ink, which is determined by ink’s characteristics.
Solution: by increasing volume of resin and using hardener.
Bad mirror effect of ink after printing:
1. Not suitable printing substrate is selected, mirror-effect ink show the great mirror effect when it was printed in the high transparent materials such as PET/PC/Glass, but not good mirror effect in the ordinary materials.
2. In order to increase the adhesion of mirror-effect ink, some customers add transparent oil or other additives into it, that affect the mirror effect of ink.
3. When the printing substrate of no resistance to solvent is used, strong solvent will corrode the substrate and affect the mirror effect.
Problem of screen blocked by mirror-effect printing ink:
In order to have good mirror effect, the resin content of mirror-effect ink is relatively low, at the same time, in order to get the normal viscosity of ink, the content of solvent in the ink is relatively high, however, the volatile speed of solvent is so fast and it makes the problem of blocking screen by printing ink. So the mirror-effect printing ink should be printed at fast speed.
