Wl-137 can be diluted with deionized water or lower alcohol or alcohol ether to white emulsion. It can be dried by oxidation cross-linking addingoily/water driers at normal temperature or low-temperature baking. The oily driers need to be diluted by the solvent such as butyl alcohol or ethanolfor use. The water dispersion of wl-137 is stable at neutral or slight alkaline conditions. pH value has to be carefully observed in coating production since precipitation may occur if acidic pigments like carbon black are used in the system. PH value of the coating system can always be adjustedtriethylamine or N,N-dimthylethanolamine Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the pH value increases.
It is suggested that the product should be stored in a cool and dry place. The quality guarantee period is 6 months, and the expired products can still be used after passing the inspections.
