Easy to use, minimal VOC and cost effective, powder coating has emerged in recent decades as a most desirable method for protecting various substrates. Its high transfer efficiency and largely recoverable overspray make powder coating especially suitable for three-dimensional shapes, such as aluminum window frames, household appliances and transportation components.
In combination with suitable epoxy resin in 50/50 ratio, it offers good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and overall chemical resistance.
