    High hardness self-drying skid resistant floor coating

    High Hardness Nano Silica Lacquer

    WL-0132A is synthesized from distinctive nano technology; Due to the resin's main chemical chains composed of high density nano structures, through spraying, rolling or brushing methods and coated upon the concrete, stone, tile, EPOXY, PU, PVC, wood flooring or terrazzo and so on. After dried to film, it will become to the nano protective film and with excellent hardness, stain resistance, high temperature resistance. Wear resistance and non-slip features.

    WL-0132A because its resin has around 30-50 nm diameter's particle size and can cross-link with the surface of substrates then turn into the chemical bonds, it has excellent permeability and adhesion, and with long-term waterproof, anti-oil, anti-acid, anti-fouling, anti-moisture, anti-mildew, chemical resistance and self-cleaning functions.

    WL-0132A, the nano silica lacquer, is belong to the one component product. It can selfcrosslink with the Surface of organic or inorganic Substrates, and no need to adding the hardeners, So it`s easy to construction, operation, extending the product`s life-time and reducing the maintenance costs.

    Constructions

     

    A. WL-0132A APPLIED FOR POLISHED CONCRETE FLOOR (After 2004-800#RESINPADS Polished)

    Advantage: It is very good at improving the gloss, waterproof, oil-resistance and chemical-resistance of concrete floor and reduce the procedures of polishing concrete.
    Usage:
    1. Cleaning the surface and waiting it dried after finely polishing.
    2. Spraying/Rolling/Brushing WL-0132A upon the surface and then using the micro-fiber mop to make it evenly penetrated into the floor. Consumption Volume: 0.02-0.04kg/㎡.
    3. Within 3mins after the surface is totally dried, using High Speed Polishing machine polish the surface at 1200-1500rpm.It's must install 3M buffing pads or NO. 3 buffing pads 1500#.

     

    B.WL-0132AAPPLIED FOR OTHERTYPES OF FLOOR(EPOXY, PU, TILE, STONE)
     

    Procedure :

    1. Cleaning the surface and waiting it dried after finely polishing.
    2. Spraying/Rolling/Brushing WL-0132A upon the surface and then using the micro-fiber mop to make it evenly penetrated into the floor. Consumption Volume:0.02-0.03kg/m2.
    3. 24Hours later when the surface is totally dried, using High Speed Polishing machine polish the surface at 1200-1500rpm.It's must install 3M buffing pads or NO. 3 buffing pads 1500#.

     

    Attentions

    a. The surface of substrate should be clean completely before constructions.
    b. The substrate’s moisture content value should be below 10%; and no constructions on runny day for kept from water combines with material and generating whitish issues.
    c. Finger dry: around 1~4 hours; if requiring for treating over two layers, the treating time between each layer should not be over 6 hours.
    d. Under air dry condition, the finger dry is around 2 hours; 70% cured on the third day; completely cured on the 7th day with strong bounding.
    e. Apply upon EPOXY, PU, UV, ACRYLIC and so on for the protective lacquer, and it should be pay attention that the substrate should be turning to dry surface then just can treat the chemicals. In case of the poor adhesion on the older layer, it`s recommended that adopting surface grinding actions with 400~500 grit sand paper and resin grinding for the surface roughness before chemical treatment.
    f. Applying on the floor constructions, it should be used with grinding machines and high-speed polishing machine for the processing.
